HEGGEMANN has broad experience in the design and construction of testing and measuring devices. Included in the scope of services are the measuring concept and the coordination of all areas involved up to the final inspection by the customer.

Welding Devices
Main focus with regard to the construction of production facilities and devices is on a good manageability and accessibility. The different production processes are taken into account right from the initial stages of construction.

Measuring Gauge
The measuring- and delimiting gauge for a front-end module shown here was designed, developed and produced in cooperation with Faro^®. By means of this gauge the mounting position of the headlights is checked and documented in the assemby process.
