From welder to welding supervisor to team leader in aerospace production.

My journey at HEGGEMANN began in 2023 when I started my apprenticeship as a construction mechanic. Right from the start, I was actively involved in daily operations and got to work on a variety of exciting components and projects that helped me grow quickly in my role.

One of the standout moments so far has been participating in the welding competition. It was a great opportunity to prove my skills while learning a lot of new techniques. I’m especially grateful for the support of my colleagues, who were always there with advice and hands-on help, pushing me to further develop my craftsmanship.
