Auditor (m/f/d) part-time
At HEGGEMANN AG, a motivated team of experts works at the Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport site, from development to production in the highly specialized automotive and aerospace sector. This results in innovative solutions for complex lightweight metal structures. We inspire our customers with our expertise and wealth of experience.
The tasks include
- Invoice verification including clarification of discrepancies and corresponding correspondence with suppliers and the relevant internal departments
- Master data maintenance of customers and suppliers
- Support and representation in related areas
Technical requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by initial professional experience in invoice verification with ERP system
- Good, general IT user skills (MS Office + ERP system)
- Knowledge of English

- good communication skills, ability to work in a team and friendly demeanor
