WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
CNC lathe operator - permanent night shift (m/f/d)
The tasks include
• Setting up and operating CNC lathes
• Clamping/tightening production parts
• Measuring and checking production parts as part of worker self-monitoring
• Documenting measurement results as part of worker self-monitoring
• Filling out process cards and feedback forms
• Responsible for order and cleanliness in the area of the machine to be operated
• Deburring of production parts
• Optimizing NC programs in consultation with the responsible programmer
• Responsible for the required quality of the manufactured parts
• Responsible for the condition of the machine (reporting any abnormalities)
Technical requirements
- Machining mechanic specializing in turning technology or equivalent training
- Machine control knowledge: Heidenhain
- Several years of professional experience in machining, specializing in turning
