WE ARE LOOKING FOR A

Project Manager (m/f/d)

The tasks include

  • Supporting RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes in close coordination with sales, as well as processing customer inquiries, including preparing quotations
  • Organizing and managing teams, resources, processes, and tools for successful project implementation
  • Developing and monitoring project baselines, risks, opportunities, and resource plans
  • Ensuring clear internal and external communication of all project goals and requirements
  • Resolving conflicts and unplanned problems; developing appropriate measures and escalation strategies
  • Regularly reporting on project status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with engineering, quality, production, finance, and purchasing, as well as suppliers and customers
  • Identifying potential for optimization and actively participating in the improvement of company-related processes

Technical requirements

  • Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
    Experience and expertise: Several years of professional experience as a project manager for technical projects, very good technical and commercial knowledge, confident English negotiation skills, confident use of ERP and MS Office, high level of competence in the application of project management methods (classical, agile, hybrid)
